Chocolate That’s Good For You!
At the Healthy Living Summit, I received a bag of Adora calcium supplements. I wasn’t terribly excited about the idea of calcium supplements—until I realized they were chocolate disks!
Since I try to stay away from milk/dairy to be kind to my sensitive stomach, I’m probably not getting enough calcium without a supplement. I take a calcium-magnesium-zinc supplement sometimes, but it’s not made out of chocolate. These little disks are so yummy that I would eat them if they weren’t good for me! They’re only 30 calories, and they have 500 mg calcium, 250 IU vitamin D and 40 mg magnesium. They come in both dark and milk chocolate varieties and are extra-yummy after they’ve been refrigerated.
And I have two bags to give away to a lucky winner!

Day 12

Day 12 - Bullet your whole day:

I forgot to post yesterday! I’m sorry! But I’ll still bullet my whole day yesterday.

7:30- My two alarms go off- hit the snooze button

7:45- Roll out of bed

7:50-8:00- Feed Maci and cook breakfast

8:00-8:10- Eat breakfast/ watch “Saved By The Bell”

8:15- 8:45- Get ready for class

8:45- 8:55- Walk to DCOB for Marketing

9:00-10:50- Class

11:00- 12:45- Eat lunch, catch up on e-mails at my apartment

1:00- 1:50- Communications class

2:00- 3:50ish- Choir

4:00- 5:00- FTC Mock Audition 

5:00- 6:15- Relax in apartment- write on my own blog, read other blogs, download new music

6:30- 7:15- Run 3 miles in gym

7:20- 9:00- Shower, eat dinner, do some homework

9:30- 10:00- Mock Rock rehearsal

10:15- 11:00- Blog, read other blogs.

11:15ish- Sleep. :)
